How billing works

  • Per seat, organization-level. One subscription per organization; you pay for full members (owners, admins, members). Guests with limited access are free on every paid tier, and every tier starts free.
  • Annual billing. Pay yearly and the effective price drops to $8/seat (Pro) or $15/seat (Business) — about 20% off.
  • Metered runs, not metered surprises. Automations and function executions share a monthly runs quota (100 / 5,000 / 25,000). Nothing over-quota is billed; it simply waits for the next period or an upgrade.
  • AI included. The Data Assistant's reviewable change-sets are part of Pro and Business — no per-seat AI add-on.
  • 14-day trial, no card. Start a Pro or Business trial from the workspace billing screen; lapse back to Free without losing data.

FAQ

Do I need a card to start?

No. Free Forever includes unlimited records and members, all field types, grid and board views, and 100 automation + function runs per month. No payment details until you pick Pro or Business.

What counts as a run?

One function execution dispatch or one automation execution. Blocked attempts don't count. Reads, exports and cached views are free.

What is a guest?

A member with a guest role — great for clients, vendors and stakeholders who need limited access. Guests are never billable on paid plans.

Switching from another tool?
